The development of information technology is increasingly advanced and more and more people are using information technology, both in the business world and in education in the world of health. Not only for information fulfillment but also for problem solving in daily life. This case has been used a lot. for example an expert system to review skin diseases in children. This app is used to allow users to diagnose skin diseases before taking further expert action. This application certainty factor method, uses the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage support. This application will show the symptoms of any skin disease in children. The final result of the application of this type of skin disease expert system in children is based on the selected symptom input
