<p>In the corporate world, computers are needed in the development of certain companies or agencies. The role of computers as a tool today is beyond doubt. Computers as we know them are useful as data receiving media, data storage, and data processing. The role of computers can also be used as a tool in the decision-making process for promotion. In every company, of course, there are rules for promotion that are still done manually. The process of making a promotion decision that is done manually requires a long process and is less effective, so that managers have difficulty when dealing with many and several alternatives that have almost the same value. Therefore the authors designed and built Decision Support System (DSS) tools with the ELECTRE method. The system built is expected to help manager performance in decision making for promotion. Based on the results of trials with 10 respondents, the promotion decision support system with the ELECTRE method is easy to use. The decision-making system that was built was able to assist managers in making decisions for promotions according to the desired criteria. <p>Scholarship recipient students are in the middle to lower economic category but have good academic achievements. In order for scholarship recipients to be right on target, a data processing method for prospective recipients is needed. Decision Support System (DSS) can be used to obtain information on scholarship recipients by using the Profile Matching method. The data processed in this study were sourced from prospective scholarship recipients at the Mandailing Natal Education Office as many as 126 students with. The data is processed using the Profile Matching method in the calculations either manually or by using the system. The Decision Support System to determine scholarship recipients using the Profile Matching method in manual calculations shows that of the 126 prospective scholarship recipients calculated, ranking results are obtained for each candidate, where the highest score is obtained by prospective scholarship recipients with serial number 92 on behalf of Putri Diana Sari with a final score of 4.90. <p>The calculation of the cost of production using the manual method is still widely available in several organizations without using any method, including Berkad Insani Convection, which takes into account production costs only as estimates. The calculation of the cost of production is useful for monitoring the realization of production costs, so that it can be used for cost control and special decision making. This research was conducted at the Berkad Insani Convection which was established in 2011, which is located in the Ampang Gadang area. Based on research that has been done through descriptive qualitative methods with data obtained through interviews with owners and direct observation to the location. This study aims to provide a computerized system that can assist Berkad Insani Convection parties in determining the cost of production using the Full Costing method, because this method includes all the cost components used in detail for the production process. This problem is interesting for the author to design a system for implementing the Full Costing method on the cost of production information system with Microsoft Visual Basic Programming Language and MySql Database. Neuroscientists often encounter a problem, including the answers stated by the patient in the form of uncertain answers, such as maybe, most likely and almost certainly. The problem in this research is how to produce an expert system that can help diagnose pinched nerve disease and assist a pinched nerve disease specialist in making decisions from the results of the system diagnosis. The aim is to build an expert system that is able to help the diagnosis process of pinched nerve disease, especially for M. Natsir Hospital, Solok City and implement the certainty factor method in overcoming the uncertainty of the diagnosis of a pinched nerve disease expert system. Certainty factor is a method that can show whether a statement is certain or not and is generally used in expert systems. This method is very suitable in expert systems that diagnose something that is not certain. With this pinched nerve expert system, users can handle the problem as early as possible and can prevent it directly without having to consult a doctor, because this expert system provides the final result process in the form of the presentation value of the disease suffered by the patient. <p>IT governance or IT (Information Technology) Governance is a structure of relationships and processes to direct and control an organization to achieve its goals by adding a balanced balance value compared to IT and its processes. In this research, an IT Governance recommendation is produced which is a development of IT Governance that has been implemented by the current institution, but currently IT Governance has not been carried out thoroughly. This IT Governance Recommendation was made to improve the IT performance of the Archives and Library Office of the Pesisir Selatan Region which is a government agency that has implemented information technology in its operational processes such as archival information systems and personnel information systems. The design of IT Governance in this study uses the COBIT (Control) Objective For Information and Related Technology) framework version 4.1 which is a standard model of IT management developed by the Information Technology Institute (ITGI) from the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA). COBIT 4.1 outlines good practices, existing IT domains and frameworks. In COBIT 4.1 there is control over the processes that occur into 4 (four) areas, namely Plan and Organize (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI), Deliver and Support (DS), and Monitor and Evaluate (ME). The pharmacy is a place for community service in the health sector to distribute medicines needed by the community, one of which is the Ruhul J Pharmacy. Data collection at the Ruhul J Pharmacy is currently still conventional, namely carrying out simple repetitive recording activities of incoming and outgoing drug transactions. The main obstacle is the owner cannot predict future sales of goods based on previously recorded data, because predictions are very influential in determining the amount of medicine that must be provided by the pharmacy. Therefore, an information system is needed that can help document transactions with additional features that can predict future sales.
