Abstract

Healthy Family Ceria Clinic is an outpatient and inpatient clinic dedicated to the general public and equipped with health services that help improve public health. To maximize the quality and service of patients. Problems related to patient care and the system contained in the Healthy Family Ceria Clinic in managing patient data at the Healthy Family Ceria Clinic are still doing it manually, namely writing down the names of patients who have registered into the patient ledger. According to Kalakota and Robinson CRM is an integrated function of sales, marketing and service strategies that aim to increase revenue from customer satisfaction (Purnomo, 2020). CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a business strategy in collaborating processes, people and technology in attracting business prospects. Every human being who becomes a relationship can be made a customer, and needs to be maintained by increasing his satisfaction. This satisfied customer will be loyal to the company (Helmi, 2020). produce a medical record information system with the crm method in order to improve the quality of service After designing a data processing application for the Healthy Family Ceria Clinic, it can be concluded that this application program is designed to make it easier for the Ceria Family Healthy Clinic to manage information such as patient data, doctor data, data medical records and also payment data and others. This program also has a patient data search menu that automatically without having to look for manual data in books, and with the application of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method, it can improve the quality of service at the Healthy Family Ceria Clinic. The application of a computerized program system is expected to perform activities that used to be done manually can now produce accurate and effective reports
