Abstract

Cap Matahari Ground Coffee Factory as a company that produces quality ground coffee, becomes a must for the company in ensuring a controlled amount of production to meet the needs of the market. During this time the production cut at the Cap Matahari Ground Coffee Factory always relied on the manager's estimates only, where there were many shortages that resulted in losses for the company. One technique that can be applied in developing a decision support system to determine the amount of coffee production is to use the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. It is hoped that using fuzzy Tsukamoto method can help the company in determining the amount of ground coffee production every day
