Abstract

The Agam Regency arrangement in charge of the marine and food world in Agam Regency, which in its services such as processing data from each agency in Agam Regency which can be used in processing certification data at the Food and Fisheries Security Service (Dkpp). Information technology analysis is carried out to ensure operational sustainability used by the service whether existing information technology has been used as well as possible, because if it is not used properly it will cause several problems or existing losses such as data loss, or fraud. use of data, misuse of computers, inaccurate information, because in this system the existing data is confidential and sensitive. Based on the results of the analysis using the COBIT 4.1 method by using the calculation of the Maturity Level value which represents the level of alignment of information technology objectives. . This can all be seen from the results of the questionnaire assessment where the maturity value obtained reaches an average of 2.6 at the managed and measurable level from a value range of 0 to 3 where the Food and Fisheries Security Service (Dkpp) Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency has formed a general framework and good approach to determine the scope, methodology and process to be followed to measure how to get a solution to the information technology used.
