Abstrak

The refrigerator is the most important thing in household needs and business needs that are widely used in all parts of the world. The increasingly intensive use of refrigerators makes the need for refrigerator use high. With very high engine operation for a long time, this situation makes the engine condition down and easily damaged. The lack of media information about the damage to the refrigerator machine is difficult to find out what caused the damage to the refrigerator. The purpose of this research is to build an Expert System in Electronic NS by applying Case Based Reasoning (CBR) Method. The system that was built was made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database to diagnose damage to the refrigerator machine. Due to the limited number of technicians to repair damage to the refrigerator machine. So a system was created that will help NS Electronics to repair damage to the refrigerator machine by diagnosing it with the application of an expert system using the case based reasoning (CBR) method. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is a system that aims to solve a new case by adapting solutions from previous cases that are similar to the new case. The CBR method performs four stages of the process in the case-based reasoning system, the first is the retrieve process, reuse process, and retain process revision process. The data processed in this study amounted to 5 Damages sourced from experts and the results of previous research. Making a website-based expert system can make it easier for Electronic NS and users to access it online
