Perancangan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Petugas Kesehatan Teladan Menggunakan Metode Topsis dengan Menerapkan Bahasa Pemrograman Php dan Database Mysql pada UPT Puskesmas Selat Panjang

In this case, as a motivation to improve the performance of health workers at UPT Puskesmas Selat Panjang, the selection of exemplary health workers was held. It also aims to reward those who have long served at the Selat Panjang Health Center. However, this method of selecting exemplary health workers still uses the manual method, especially in determining the final value of all stages of the assessment. In addition, the assessment team is still considered not transparent in deciding which health worker gets the highest or best score. The development of a computing system is very necessary to facilitate the work of the jury in selecting and determining the best health workers in an objective, professional and transparent manner. Therefore, a web-based decision support system was designed by applying the TOPSIS method. With the construction of the new system, it is expected to be able to overcome the problems experienced by the UPT Puskesmas Selat Panjang
