The Village Office is the service center in the village, being the center for all activities in the village, be it in the fields of government, empowerment, development or guidance, everything is centralized in the Village Office. In the development of infrastructure, discrepancies often occur between planning and implementation, the cause is the lack of good risk management which results in difficulties in determining the level of importance of risks that arise and anticipating risks that will arise. This research aims to help in managing all risks that occur starting from identifying, determining the level of importance and determining the appropriate treatment for these risks using the Probability Impact Matrix method and knowing how much costs are needed to anticipate risks that arise using the Expected Monetary Value method. The results of this project risk management system can help the person in charge of technical management in managing project risks and can provide an overview of the costs that need to be prepared to manage any risks that arise during the construction of infrastructure development projects quickly and accurately with computerized services
