Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dalam Penilaian Kinerja Perawat Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching Pada UPTD Puskesmas Balai Selasa

Employees are one of the resources used as a driving force in advancing a company. Employee performance is quite influential in the profits obtained by the company. To spur employee performance, a company evaluates outstanding employees every period by giving bonuses or salary increases to each selected employee. The scoring in this system is based on the criteria and sub-criteria of the assessment that have been set by the UPTD Leader of the Balai Selasa Health Center. The criteria are divided into five, namely: discipline (15%), integrity (15%), intellectual capacity (15%), performance (30%), and service orientation (25%). To support the employee performance appraisal process, a Profile Matching (PM) method is used in deciding whether or not a nurse is eligible for performance evaluation. The software development uses UML modeling, while the implementation uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database
