PT. Padang Distributionsdo Raya is a company engaged in the distribution sector. The company has more than 100 employees spread across different parts. To get the expected employees, it is necessary to recruit employees. In the employee recruitment process, the personnel section selects the incoming applicant data one by one. The number of applicants makes the personnel often have difficulty in selecting prospective employees, and in the selection process the decisions taken are often influenced by the subjectivity of the decision makers. So it is very possible that the decisions taken can pass employees who do not meet the qualifications. Therefore, it is very important to build a computerized decision-making system using the Visual Basic Studio 2017 application using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method. With the hope of facilitating employee recruitment and producing more accurate information and decisions
